All services provided by Catholic Charities in Corpus Christi are available to rural communities as funds allow. The program works with rural food pantries, assists with the completion
and submission of applications for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and diabetes awareness. We receive referrals from public and private organizations.

Serving the following counties: Aransas, Bee, Brooks, Duval, Jim Wells, Kenedy, Kleberg, Live Oak, McMullen, Nueces, Refugio and San Patricio.
